While the Law Office of Paul & Katz, P.C. was founded in 2003, our attorneys, have more than 39 years of combined experience protecting the rights and interests of individuals, families, small to mid-sized businesses, lenders and creditors throughout South Jersey.  Edward L. Paul, has been practicing law since 1989 and Michael A. Katz has been practicing law since 1994.

About Attorney Edward L. Paul

In addition to his daily involvement in the practice, Edward Paul manages the firm. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He also accepts assignments as a Mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Attorney Paul has significant experience handling a variety of business and commercial matters, from resolving breach of contract disputes to helping aspiring business owners with choice of entity to negotiating buy-sell agreements.
